Are all your products vegan?

Yes all our products are vegan friendly. This usually goes hand in hand with the products being fair trade (no child labour or forced labour), eco friendly (packaging etc), and low chemical (or safer chemicals used) in the manufacturing process.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver Australia wide.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs depend on the size and weight of your order and starts from $8.50 however if you order over $85 worth of goods shipping is free. If you use a discount code you must spend over $85 including the discounted amount to receive free shipping.

When will I receive my order?

We will aim to pack and post your order within 2 business days of the order being placed, if not sooner. Packages are sent via Australia Post and can take anywhere from 2-6 business days to be delivered (this can vary during peak times such as Christmas).

How do I know what shoe size to order?

In the images for each product there is a sizing chart, which is also below. Note that the footwear is ordered in UK sizing though the chart also shows you what size this is in Australian sizing. 

What is your returns policy?

If you return the item/s within 7 days of receiving them, unopened and in the same condition in which you received them we will give a refund for those items (return shipping cost will need to by paid by you). 

If you purchased a pair of shoes/thongs and they are not the correct size and you would like us to send you a pair in a different size you will need to return them in original condition. You will be required to pay the return shipping for the shoes/thongs however, if you order with us again within 6 months of returning the shoes/thongs we will take the return postage cost off your next order. *Please send us your postage receipt (or a copy) with the shoes/thongs so we can give you the credit.

Please note, for hygiene reasons underwear is not returnable unless there is a manufacturing fault. See the product images for sizing information.
